THE CENTER FOR EDUCATIONAL MONITORING SUBMITTS PROPOSALS FOR IMPROVING THE 2013 RULES OF ADMISSIONS

After analyzing the proposed Rules of Admissions for 2013, the Center for Educational Monitoring (CEM) responded to the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports' (MoESYS) requests for comments and criticisms on the bill by submitting their proposals.  The request was posted on the MoESYS's official web site under the Public Discussion section.

Naturally the list of proposals is not exhaustive; other proposals made by experts, pedagogues and civic organizations will fill them out.  In our belief this will create the necessary pre-conditions for improving the Rules of Admission, if the political will of the specially authorized central body of the executive power in the sphere of education and science allows it.
