24 Individuals in Ukraine Received a Perfect Score in Chemistry

In the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEQA) external independent tests (EIT) in Chemistry have been graded and grades announced. Perfect scores were earned by 24 individuals in Ukraine.
EIT in Chemistry was administered on June 21st. 32,921 individuals registered and 25,766, or 78.3% of those registered actually took the test. All of the 25,766 tests were submitted for grading. All answer sheets were identified, reviewed and graded.
Hopeful freshmen obtained the following results:
2,599 individuals (10.1%) scored between and 123.5
10,271 individuals (39.9%) scored between 124 and 150 points
10,964 individuals (42.6%) scored between 150.5 and 180 points
1,359 scored between 180.5 and 190 points
523 individuals scored between 190.5 and 199.5 points
24 hopeful freshmen scored a perfect 200.
The tests of 26 participants were invalidated for violating EIT procedures. Grades have been posted to the personal web pages of participants.
If an individual is contesting their grade they need to send a written appeal by mail to the UCEQA by midnight, July 2, 2010.
