Admission Campaign Command Post Created at the MoES

On July 5, 2010 Dmytro Tabachnyk signed order #663 on creating an operational Command Post at the Ministry of Education and Sciences (MoES) to deal with issues related to the 2010 admission campaign to establishments of higher education (HEIs).  The order details measures to oversee the HEI admission campaign and prevent illegal activity in these establishments during the process and personally names individuals who will be staffing the command post. 

The order also establishes the informational-search engine “Konkurs,” as the method by which to inform hopeful freshmen of the progress of the admission campaign and of any information related to additional admission contests in a timely manner. 

Responsibility for this area of activity has been given to Yaroslav Bolyubash, Director of the Department of Higher Education of the MoES and Volodymyr Kovtunets, USETI Legacy Alliance’s Government Relations Coordinator by the Minister.
