The Admission Campaign is nearing its end: full government scholarships have already been allocated and establishments of higher education (HEIs) are currently determining the fate of tuition paying students.   However, we already can note some trends: which HEIs are riding high and which are being left behind, which specialties are being bombarded and which are being neglected.
